Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is valid to check-in from 1st – 15 february 2026.
- Complimentary parking is only valid for dedicated basement parking area of Setiawalk building and guests are to validate the TnG/Bank Card at the Reception prior to leaving the building.
- All package inclusive items are to be used during the stay period and not applicable for exchange with monetary value, refund or amendments.
- Breakfast are offered once per night's stay. Additional pax will be charged RM39.90nett. Infants will be FOC, below 12 years old will be RM17.00nett per pax.
- Children under 13 stay for free if using existing bedding. Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charge from RM95.00nett may apply where applicable.
- Complimentary baby cot is available upon request (for infant below 2 years old only).

- Amendments made within 48hours of check-in will incur an administration charge of RM50 per room per night.
- Cancellation or no-show for reservation made will incur 1 night’s room charge penalty.
